Viva thumbs now has even more intelligent cropping. The challenge when auto cropping an image is that a computer doesn’t have the eye of the photographer so doesn’t know what is important in the picture. Every image can have a different orientation too which makes making an automatic crop even more of a challenge.

Viva Thumbs now includes a more accurate Intelli-Crop algorithm to help crop the key content of your image. This is based on the fact that usually a photgrapher frames the key content in the centre of the image - but Viva also applies this logic to different style and shape crops from any image orientation.
